Eligibility
- Must be a female active SHG member under Panchayat-level federations in the BMMU area
- 12th Standard pass with good Tamil & English communication and accounting skills. 10th pass candidates may be considered in hilly/tribal areas with special permission.
- Minimum 2 years experience as SHG Promoter (Community Mobiliser)
- Must not be employed full-time elsewhere
- Should not belong to groups with loan defaults
- Belong to target population (BPL/marginalized) as per census; if none apply, others may be considered
- Age below 35 years as on 29 May 2026
