IFFCO Trainee Accounts Recruitment 2026 – Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- CA (Intermediate) passed; AND
- Graduation in any discipline with minimum 60% marks from a university recognized by UGC

IFFCO Trainee Accounts Recruitment 2026 – Compensation & Service Bond
During Training (1 Year):
- Total monthly stipend including allowances (HRA, canteen, washing, PF, etc.): Approx. Rs. 48,000/- per month
After Successful Completion of Training:
- Pay Scale: Rs. 40,000 – 75,000
- Approximate CTC: Rs. 12 Lakhs per annum
Service Bond: Candidates selected as Trainee (Accounts) will be required to furnish a bond to serve IFFCO for a minimum period of 3 years after successful completion of training.
IFFCO Trainee Accounts Recruitment 2026 – Selection Process
Stage 1 – Computer Based Online Test: Eligible candidates will be required to appear for a Computer Based Online Test at designated centres throughout India or as decided by IFFCO depending on the number of candidates.
Stage 2 – Personal Interview: Only candidates shortlisted on the basis of their performance in the Online Test will be called for a Personal Interview.
Stage 3 – Medical Examination: Candidates shortlisted after the Personal Interview will be medically examined as per IFFCO's medical standards before final selection.
IFFCO has the sole right to accept or reject any or all applications without assigning any reason.
